Collection Notice
Greater Shepparton City Council manages your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic). Your personal information is collected to communicate with you and administer your request. It is disclosed to relevant Council staff and depending on the nature of your request may be disclosed to third parties. If you do not complete the mandatory fields you will be unable to submit your request online. The remaining fields are optional. For additional information concerning Council’s management of personal information as it relates to your specific request or to gain access to or update your personal information please contact customer service on 5832 9700.

Please note this portal can no longer be used to report a dog attack or dog rush incident as urgent Council or Police assistance may be required.
