Animal Control . . . For reporting barking wandering dogs, bee and wasp hives, lost animals or trespassing livestock, issues at Council's dog parks, swooping birds, animal welfare concerns or other animal-related enquiries.
Building & Planning . . . For complaints about current building works, concerns about pool safety or other Council Building Services enquiries.
Council Property Assets . . . For enquiries about shared fencing with Council property or any other Council Building Maintenance issues.
Graffiti . . . For reporting graffiti on Council buildings, car parks, parks, gardens, sportsgrounds, parking meters, streets, footpaths, signs, skateparks or other Council property. Council also provides assistance for graffiti to private property in certain circumstances.
Health . . . For enquiries about septic tanks.
Local Laws . . . For reporting abandoned vehicles and shopping trolleys, issues with building sites, dumped rubbish, footpath licensing, fires in open air during fire danger periods, illegal camping, long grass and unsightly land, overhanging trees, noise complaints and other general local law enquiries.
Parking . . . For parking enforcement issues, objections to parking infringements, issues with parking meters or to apply for a parking infringement payment plan.
Parks/Gardens/Sportsgrounds . . . For reporting damage or maintenance to paths and walkways, public litter bins, bollards, fences, bike racks, drinking fountains, public BBQs, irrigation sprinklers, playground equipment, grass areas, public toilets, signs, garden beds, weed control and other Council infrastructure and facility maintenance.
Finance & Rates . . . To notify council of a change of address, or request a reconciliation or mail-out of your rates account/notices.
Works . . . For reporting issues with bridge maintenance, street cleaning, drainage/gutters, footpaths, flooding, bus shelters, Council roads (including dirt roads), potholes and line markings, guardrails and posts, nature/median strips, pits, signs and traffic lights on Council roads.
Trees . . . For reporting council tree damage, fallen branches, watering, pest infestation or risk of injury from trees.
Vandalism . . . For reporting vanadlism to Council buildings, childcare centres, parks/garden/sportsground equipment, playground equipment, signage or toilet blocks.
Waste Collection . . . To register for abestos disposal at Cosgrove Landfill, Council's nappy and incontinence aid waste collection service or to request to upsize to your recycling (yellow lid) bin to 360L.
