Property Certificate Request

Select this option to request information under Regulation 51 or a Land Information Certificate (Rates).

Certificate Types	Cost	Instructions
Regulation 51 (1) a,b and c	$52.10	This certificate will provide information regarding details of any permit or certificate of final inspection issued in the preceding 10 years; and details of any current statement issued under regulation 64-67 or 231 of these Regulations; and details of any current notices or orders issued by the relevant building surveyor under the Act.
Regulation 51 (2) a,b,c,d,e and f	$52.10	This certificate will provide in respect of any building or land details as to whether the building or land is in an area that is liable to flooding within the meaning of regulation 153 or that is designated under regulation 150 as an area in which buildings are likely to be subject to attack by termites or in an area for which a bushfire attach level has been specified in a planning scheme or that is an area determined under regulation 152 to be likely to be subject to significant snowfalls or of designated land or works within the meaning of regulation 154.
Regulation 51 (3)	$52.10	This certificate will provide information regarding inspection approval dates of the mandatory notification stages for building work carried out on that building or land.
Regulation 51 (1) and Regulation 51 (2)	$104.20	This certificate is a combination of the information contained in Regulation 51 (1) and Regulation 52 (2).
Regulation 51 (1) (2) & (3)	$156.30	This certificate is a combination of the information contained in Regulation 51 (1) and Regulation 51 (2) and information regarding inspection approval dates of the mandatory notification stages for building work carried out on that building or land.
Regulation 51 (2) & Regulation 51 (3)	$104.20	This certificate is a combination of the information contained in Regulation 51 (2) and information regarding inspection approval dates of the mandatory notification stages for building work carried out on that building or land.
Land Information Certificate	$29.70	This certificate will provide information regarding valuation, rates, charges, other monies owing and any orders and notices made under the Local Government Act 1958, the Local Government Act 1989 or under a local law of the Council and the specified flood level by the Council (if any).
